CJC-1295 Without DAC, also known as Modified GRF 1-29, is a truncated synthetic form of GHRH with four amino acid substitutions designed to resist degradation and oxidation while enhancing GHRH receptor binding. Unlike the DAC version, this form has a shorter half-life, enabling more natural pulsatile growth hormone release patterns. It has been shown to increase serum growth hormone levels by 200–1000%.
Mecanismo de acción
Upon administration, CJC-1295 Without DAC binds to growth hormone secretagogue receptors on pituitary somatotroph cells, stimulating growth hormone synthesis and release. Its short half-life enables rapid metabolism, producing natural GH pulse patterns. This works in concert with the body's feedback systems rather than bypassing them.
Principales ventajas
Crecimiento muscular y pérdida de grasa — Promotes protein synthesis, stimulates muscle stem cell proliferation, and facilitates fatty acid mobilization and oxidation. Creates a favorable anabolic environment for muscle building and fat metabolism.
Growth Hormone Optimization — Offers a physiological approach to addressing GH deficiency by stimulating natural production rather than bypassing the body's regulatory mechanisms. Works in concert with the body's feedback systems.
Anti-Aging Potential — Targets the somatopause (age-related GH decline) associated with reduced exercise capacity, decreased bone density, and slowed wound healing. Users report enhanced cognitive function, improved memory, and sharper thinking.
Aceleración de la recuperación — Stimulates protein synthesis in skeletal muscle, promotes cell proliferation for muscle fiber repair, and supports collagen synthesis in connective tissues. Re-establishes perfusion to injured areas for faster healing.
